8-Ball Pool: Online Duel brings the classic pool hall experience to your browser with a bright neon table, colorful balls, and realistic cue physics. Break the rack, claim solids or stripes, clear your group, and finish the match by sinking the black 8 ball at the right moment. Aim carefully, control shot power by pulling the cue back, and use top, bottom, or side spin to position the cue ball for your next move. Play against three computer opponents: Rookie, Pro, and Master. Harder opponents award more Gombis points, and you can also earn bonus points based on how many balls your rival still has on the table when you win. If you prefer multiplayer, create a table, invite a friend through Gombis Friends or share a room code, then play a real-time one-on-one duel and request rematches after the match ends. How to Play Your goal is to pot all the balls from your assigned group, either solids from 1 to 7 or stripes from 9 to 15, then legally sink the black 8 ball to win. After the break, the table remains open until a player legally pots a ball that determines their group. You keep playing while you pot balls from your own group, but the turn passes if you miss. Avoid fouls such as potting the cue ball, failing to hit any ball, hitting the wrong group first, or failing to send a ball to a cushion after contact. After a foul, your opponent receives ball in hand and can place the cue ball anywhere. Potting the 8 ball too early or during a foul loses the match. In online games, each turn lasts 45 seconds, and running out of time gives your opponent ball in hand.
